How do I add a new payment method?

Go to Settings → Billing & Plan, then click "Update" next to your payment method. You can add a credit card, debit card, or link a bank account. All payment data is encrypted with AES-256 encryption.

How do I enable Two-Factor Authentication?

Navigate to Settings → Account & Security and toggle the Two-Factor Authentication switch. You'll need an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy to scan the QR code.

How do I create and send an invoice?

Go to Invoices → Create Invoice. Select a client, add line items with descriptions and amounts, set the due date, and click "Send Invoice". The client will receive it via email with a payment link.

Can I export my financial data?

Yes! You can export data from any section (Transactions, Invoices, Reports) in CSV, Excel, or PDF format. Go to the respective page and click the "Export" button. You can also set up scheduled automated exports.

What do I do if a payment fails?

Check the Payments section for the error details. Common reasons include insufficient funds, expired card, or bank restrictions. You can retry the payment or use an alternative payment method. Contact support if the issue persists.

How do I add team members?

Go to Profile → Team tab and click "Invite". Enter the team member's email and assign a role (Admin, Manager, Analyst, or Viewer). They'll receive an invitation email to join your workspace.
